What XERF does.
We love to geek out about the technology behind XERF. The system received U.S. FDA clearance in August 2025, bringing a technology already established internationally to the U.S. market.
How it works
XERF delivers controlled radiofrequency energy into the tissue, generating heat at targeted depths while cooling helps protect the skin’s surface. That controlled thermal response stimulates the remodeling process associated with collagen and elastin production.
The treatment
This is why hydration matters. Across 900 shots — about 90 minutes — we strategically deliver radiofrequency energy across the treatment area.
No numbing, no needles
Integrated cooling helps protect the skin’s surface while radiofrequency energy reaches the targeted tissue below.
No downtime
Some patients notice mild redness that usually fades within an hour. We suggest easing off sun, sauna, and intense activity for 24 hours. That’s it — you could have XERF at 5pm and make dinner by 7.
