Frame Aesthetics Studio is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

1. Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to learn about our practice, understand our treatments, and reach us easily. We aim to meet or exceed the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which are the standards we use to guide our work.

2. What we’ve done

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and descriptive labels for icons, buttons, and links.
  • A “skip to main content” link and a logical heading structure on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
  • Support for the browser’s “reduce motion” setting, which turns off non-essential animation.
  • Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens, and color choices chosen for readable contrast.
  • Tap-to-call and clearly labeled contact options so help is always one step away.

3. Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We review new content and features as they are added and work to correct issues we find. Some third-party tools embedded on the site (for example, online booking, maps, and analytics) are provided by outside companies, and their accessibility is partly outside our control — if one of them creates a barrier for you, please tell us and we will help you complete what you need another way.

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, we want to help — and we welcome your feedback so we can improve. Please contact us and, if you can, describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to respond promptly.

5. Alternative access to our services

You never need to use this website to become a client. You can call, email, or visit us and we will personally assist you with information, scheduling, pricing, and anything else the site offers.
