Your $150 monthly payment becomes a $150 Frame credit, designed first for your monthly facial. If you don't use it that month, it rolls over. Your accumulated balance can be used toward future facials, other treatments, or retail skincare at Frame.
Yes. Your 15% member savings are applied first to eligible skincare products and treatments, and your available Frame credit can then be used toward the remaining balance.
No. XERF and injectable treatments are excluded from membership savings. However, any account balance can be used dollar-for-dollar toward these purchases.
Yes. The Frame Membership has a three-month minimum commitment. After that, it becomes month-to-month.
Yes — unused credits roll over and don't expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, you'll have 12 months from your cancellation date to use any remaining balance.
We just need two weeks' notice so your cancellation is complete before the next monthly payment is processed. You'll receive confirmation upon cancellation.
Yes. You can transfer unused credits to someone you'd like to treat to the Frame experience.
Yes — your discount applies to every product and brand we carry. No exceptions.
In alignment with our no-show / late-cancellation policy, a credit will be used.
We'll apply your available membership balance toward the treatment, and you'll simply pay the difference.
