Frame Aesthetics Studio (“Frame,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have — including rights under California law.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover information you provide during in-person care or through our separate booking and practice-management systems, which is handled under our clinical privacy practices and applicable law (see “Health information” below).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact information you give us — such as your name, email address, and phone number — when you request a consultation, join our specials list, or contact us.
  • Inquiry details you choose to share about your interests or goals.
  • Internet and device activity collected automatically as you browse — such as browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general usage — through cookies, analytics, and similar technologies.
  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address (city/region level), used for analytics and to serve the right area information.
  • Inferences we may draw from the above, such as which services may interest you.

We ask that you not submit sensitive information (such as detailed health information) through this website. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the site.

3. Health information (HIPAA & California CMIA)

This website is an informational and marketing site and is not a secure channel for medical information. Please do not submit detailed health information through website forms, chat, or email. Medical information you provide in the course of care is protected under California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) and, where applicable, HIPAA, and is handled separately from this website under our clinical privacy practices.

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and our services.
  • To send you information, updates, or specials you have requested or consented to receive.
  • To measure and understand how the site is used.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the security of our site.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf under contract — for example, website hosting, online scheduling, analytics, email/SMS delivery, communications tools, and the AI provider that powers our website concierge (messages you type into the concierge are processed to generate a response; please don’t share health information there).
  • Analytics/advertising technologies: our use of cookies and analytics (such as Google Analytics) may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described in “Cookies, analytics & your choices” below.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Frame, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies, analytics & your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential (analytics) cookies through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this site.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC or “Do Not Track” signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of analytics/“sharing” and default those cookies to off.
  • Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well.
  • Google Analytics: you can opt out across sites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7. Marketing emails & text messages

If you join our specials list or opt in to texts, we’ll send occasional news and offers. You can opt out of email any time using the unsubscribe link. For text messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your information; to opt out of analytics “sharing,” use our cookie banner, a GPC signal, or the Google opt-out above.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — note we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require this option.
  • Non-discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service for exercising these rights.

We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may also request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing — we do not make such disclosures.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to respond to you, provide and improve our services, and meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site links to and embeds third-party services (such as online booking, maps, and social media). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, and the “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
